I woke up at around 6AM to pee. Then when my IPOD blared, it was so hard to get up. I just slept there for a few minutes before getting up. But it was really an effort.
What happened to yesterday’s autopilot mode? Was it because I woke up at 6 and went back to sleep? Or was it because I reverted back to the old sleeping schedule?
And I’ve got a cold again.
1. Don’t drink lots of water before I go to sleep.
