Walking among giants like these fills you with awe. We must seem like mice walking among them. It’s a good thing these trees don’t walk but they stay put.

General Sherman, the largest tree in the world is 2,700 years. Wow! If only this tree could talk. It is 275 feet high and a diameter of 7.7 m
General Sherman was named after yup, you guess it General Tecumseh Sherman of World War II. Naturalist, John Wolverton named it after the General he served under the war.
